Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were all white and spotless, with a charming balcony and a jacuzzi, which I absolutely adored. Although the rooms lacked natural light, they were more appealing than those in many 4-star hotels. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered my room without knocking, which was a bit unsettling. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the lively nightlife, bars, and restaurants in the city center, just a stone's throw away from Gran Via. The dining options were minimal, offering only coffee, juice, and toast, but the surrounding bars and restaurants made up for it. Overall, a pleasant stay but with a few hiccups.
